Dr. Brad Durham
Board Member Emeritus
Brad was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, grew up in Columbia SC and attended Presbyterian College and the Medical University of South Carolina. He moved to Savannah where he established a nationally recognized dental practice focusing on cosmetics, TMJ, and Neuromuscular dentistry. He recently retired from active practice, after practicing dentistry in Savannah for almost 40 years. His vision for patient care was to combine today’s technology with yesterday’s lost art of personalized care.
Brad and his late wife, Louise, were charter members of Grace Church on Wilmington Island which initially housed and helped establish The Habersham School over ten years ago. He has supported the school in many positions including being a board member and board chairman. Brad was honored to be given the title of “Member Emeritus” upon his rotating off the board. “Being involved with The Habersham School has been my most important life’s work. Changing the community and the world through Classical Christian education is truly a noble cause, urgently needed, and has been a personal privilege!”
Brad has two children, Jessica and Blake, and two grandchildren, all of whom live in Atlanta. He and his wife Johanna, spend much of their time exploring the American east coast, Bahamas and Canada on their boat and make their home on Wilmington Island.
