Due to pictures being rescheduled, students will NOT wear their formal uniform for chapel. Instead, they are encouraged to wear their pink shirts in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month. If students purchased a shirt, it will be waiting for them at school on Monday morning. They should come in uniform and will be allowed to change at school. If students did not purchase the shirt, but want to participate, they can wear any pink shirt that is school appropriate for a $5 donation. Simply bring cash to your homeroom teacher Monday morning. Either way, students wearing pink shirts should wear regular uniform bottoms, not gym shorts, and tennis shoes or school shoes.
Rescheduled Picture Day – October 4th

Savannah Baptist Center – October Focus
Mrs. Carr, director of the Savannah Baptist Center, spoke to our students last month about several of the services they provide, and how our donations help create opportunities for conversations about the gospel. This month our focus will be canned goods. Suggestions include canned soup, fruit, or meat. Pop top cans are always good, but they are not a necessity. Donations should be dropped off in Mrs. Locke’s room.
Regional Academic Bowl
Students on the Academic Quiz Bowl teams will travel to Douglas for the Region Tournament on October 18th. Go Pats!
